Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, nanoscopic molecular manipulation and structural control as well as the possibility to create the molecular electric devices are discussed for the organic molecules.First, the STM observation of the aggregated structures of organic molecules and nm-size molecular memory by utilizing the STM tip are introduced. Then, molecular manipulation and the construction organic super structure by using the SPM are proposed. Moreover, the formation of polar organic super lattice films by overlaing two different non-polar molecules are suggested based on the data obtained by recently developed in-situ total reflection X-ray diffraction apparatus.
