| 抄録(和) | 本報告では今後の携帯機器の基本技術であるアナ・デジ混載システムを構成する、汎用ロジックゲート、DSP、DRAMなどのデジタル回路、演算増幅器、ビデオ信号処理回路、A, D・D/Aコンバータ、フィルターなどのアナログ回路それぞれに対し、最近の開発事例を中心に低電圧・低電力LSI技術を紹介している。特にアナログ回路の低電圧化の困難さを指摘し、このアナログ回路の低電力化が機器全体の低電力化にとって大きな課題となることを指摘した。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes low-voltage and low-power LSI technologies for mixed analog, digital system.The low-voltage and low-power circuit technologies for both digital circuits,such as general logic gete,DSP,and DRAM;and analog circuits such as operational amplifier,video-signal processing circuit,A/D & D/A converter,and filter are reviewed with a wide range of topics used in recent developed LSIs.In particular,it is pointed out that due to the difficulty of reduction of operating voltage for analog circuit without the degradation of the circuit performance,the power reduction of analog circuit becomes the major issue for the total power reduction of some mixed analog/digital system. |
