Observation,analysis and modeling of electronic chaos in Si thyristor

Abstract(in English) Deterministic chaos was first observed in the ac response of the Si thyristor.Period-doubling and period-adding types of chaos were observed in the same devise corresponding to the different sets of parameters.A device, circuit model to explain the appearance of chaos was constructed and the experimental Lorenz plot was semiquantitatively reproduced by using this model.
