Abstract(in English) This paper describes the performance for 1.9GHz GaAs MMIC Power Amplifier opreated at a low drain bias voltage 2.7V(or 2.4V). Operated at drain bias voltage 2.7V, the MMIC Amplifier shows 22dBm out-put Power, 21.8dB Power Gain and -57.6dBc adjacent channel leakage power at 600kHz off-center frequency with 36.4% power-added efficiency.
