| Abstract(in English) | For the growing CATV market ,a new breed of the wideband and low distortion amplifier using Gallium Arsenide has been developed. This new amplifier has impressive performance characteristics in Key areas such as gain, distortion and power consumption. The integration of the active divices onto a leedframe and use of all SMT style components. This device has comparable performance with existing CATV amplifiers but 2dB higer gain and 3dB lower distortion. |
