Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A MPM (Microwave Power Module) that makes microwave transmitter light weight and compact has been developed for use in earth stations and line-of-sighta links. MPM is a new microwave device that combines ultra-miniturized TWT (Traveling Wave Tube), SSPA (Solid State Power Amplifier), and HVPS (High Voltage Power Source). In output power level that SSPAs and TWTs are competingo. MPM has great advantages in size and performance. The newly developed MPM can deliver output power 40W in frequency range 10-15GHz
