Abstract(in English) Beam physics comprises basic and comprehensive studies of particle beams. One of its major areas concerns the beam quality. which is of practical importance but tends to deteriorate in the course of beam formation and propagation. This phenomenon, characterized by the increase of energy spread and emittance growth, occurs in various ways due to many factors including space charge and binary collisions. For systematic research into the mechanism we plan to use field-emitter arrays as the most appropriate source which delivers single and multiple beamlets in a wide range of parameters from regularly arranged tips.
