Abstract(in English) An one-chip receiver IC operating at 3.3V and a CMOS DMUX have been developed for high-speed TDM access systems. Using the one.chip receiver IC, an optical receiver module have been developed with a sensitivity of -19.4dBm. The CMOS-DMUX connected to the outputs of the one-chip receiver IC, can operate up to 2.8Gb/s. These ICs was fabricated with Si-processes which show high productivity and low cost. These results show that gigabit-operation optical terminals with low-cost, small size and low power dissipation can be achieved with these ICs..
