Abstract(in English) In this multi-media era, high speed and vast capacity transmission systems play more important role to support infrastructures, for example, information super-highway, VOD system etc. GaAs ASSP (Application Specific Standard Products) have been developed for such high speed tele- and data-communications, using GaAs IC technology that was developed for an application of computing. This paper describes technologies and specifications of the GaAs logic ASSP and on-chip-PLL IC operating 622MHz-2.5GHz clock frequency.
