Abstract(in English) This paper describes miniaturized design of 90 degree hybrid coupler using high dielectric constant substrate. To miniaturize 90 degree hybrid coupler with distributed coupled lines, meandered type configuration and spiral type configuration were compared. Comparison showed that the spiral type is suitable for miniaturization Fabricated 90 degree hybrid coupler realized less than 1/3 chip size (1.2×1.2mm^2) compared with conventional one. Amplitude balance and 90 degree phase difference were achieved in 1.5GHz band.
