Abstract(in English)	This outline is reported because it stayed in Hanoi City of Vietnam based on the request for JODC for one year and technological support activities had been developed. This support is a part of "The Expert Dispatch Business for Structure Reform Support Type" Program of JODC based on the request of VCCI according to recommendation of "The Technology and Environment Ministry of Vietnam" and "The JETRO Hanoi Representative Office" and developed "Quality Management System" building conformed with ISO 9001:2000, 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketu, Situke) Activities which is essential for the building, some lectures and so on to the local companies in Hanoi under the umbrella of VCCI (Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry) for one year of 2001.
