| 抄録(和) | Si(111)面のIn誘起表面相上へのSbの吸着過程を200～400℃の温度範囲で研究した。1ML以下のSb吸着によってSi(111)-In(4×1)上では(2×2)、In(√<3>×√<3>)上では(√<7>×√<7>)構造が観測された。In(√<31>×√<31>)上へのSb吸着では不規則な構造となった。AES分析から、(2×2)と(√<7>×√<7>)構造は、InとSbの両原子から構成され、(2×2)構造は2原子層からなるInSb(2×2)、(√<7>×√<7>)構造は1原子層からなるInSb(√<7>×√<7>)相であることが分かった。Sb吸着の最終段階(1ML)ではいずれの場合もSb(2×1)とSb(√<3>×√<3>)構造の共存相が形成され、この時Inは凝集して小さなアイランドとなっている。 |
| 抄録(英) | The Sb adsorption processes on the In-induced surface phases were studied in the temperature range of 200 to 400℃. The formation of Si-InSb surface structures with (2×2) and (√<7>×√<7>)periodicity were found in Sb/In(4×1)and Sb/In(√<3>×√<3>) systems, respectively. No order InSb reconstructions were observed during Sb deposition on the In (√<31>×√<31>) surface. AES analyses have confirmed that(2×2) and (√<7>×√<7>) structures consist of both In and Sb atoms and have double- ans single-layer arrangements of InSb(2×2) and InSb(√<7>×√<7>) phases, respectively. The final stage of Sb adsorption (1 ML) is the same in all the systems, namely the formation of Sb(2×1) and Sb(√<3>×√<3>) surface phases according with the complete agglomeration of In atoms. |
