Abstract(in English) | At present, the sensors which used the quatz crystal resonators are used in many fields, and the various precision quartz crystal sensors are created. As this reason, the quartz crystal resonators show the various resonance freauency temperature characteristics with the angle of cut, and they have high stability. This experiment is regarding to the basic experiment to make a new fluid-velocity sensor using the crystal resonators. |
