Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is already cheked that the PVDF transducer have wide band characteristic and can be experimentally carried out transmitting and receiving of the ultrasonic wave in the MHz-band although there are few examples which measured transmission-and-reception wave sensitivity, and the sensitivity calibration method is not established in the frequency over 15MHz. In 5-50MHz, the sensitivity of PVDF transducer was measured with the reciprocity and the self-reciprocity calibration method. These calibration methods and the values of the sensitivity are compared in this paper. Consequently, we obtained that the sensitivity could measure with them and the tendency of the sensitivity for the frequency is almost equal.
