Abstract(in English) | Japan Storage Battery(JSB)has developed the large-sized lithium-ion battery with capacity ranging from 6 to 8 Ah for industrial applications based on JSB's advanced up-to-data technology of the small-sized battery for portable equipments and thelarge-sized battery for EV/HEV. This battery is superior to other conventional secondary batteries in the specific energy/power and the energy/power density, and it is capable of discharge through wide range of temperature from -10 to +45℃, of quick recharge up to 3C rate and of long cycle life over 1, 000 times. This advantageous battery will be applied for comig new field like IT infrastructure, dispersed power generation, energy saving, and the like in addition to some extent of conventional large-sized batteries. |
