Abstract(in English) | The pseudo-binary Y_yNd_<1-y>Ba_2Cu_3O_x-Ba_3Cu_<10>O_<13>(y=0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, 1)phase diagram was determined using in situ high-temperature optical microscopy. The temperature of Y_yNd<1-y>123+L→Y_yNd<1-y>211+L became higher with increasing Nd. The growth of Y_yNd<1-y>Ba_2Cu_3O_x single crystals has been carried out using self-flux Ba_3Cu<10>O<13>inalumina(Al_2O_3)crucible under a horizontal temperature gradient. Plate-like crystal were grown when a cooling rate was. 0.1℃ / h. ratios of Y / Nd in the crystals inctrased with the increase of the chargrd solute compositions. Onset of superconducting transition temperature became higher as the Y ratio increased. |
