Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) With use of bR/liposome complex as a model of cell membrane, evaluation of environmental endocrine disruptor was investigated based on its hydrophobic affinity to the complex. Structural change of liposome complex was caused by nonylphenol or benzophenone. These changes brought about the apparent alteration of UV-VIS spectre, and the absorbance change at 300nm depended on these endocrine disruptors.
