Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper reports the influence of nonaqueous electrolytes on the charge-discharge cycle life and safety of lithium cells. The solvents used were ethylene carbonate (EC), propylene carbonate (PC) and 2-methyltetrahydrofuran (2MeTHF). LiAsF_6 was used as the solute. Among the electrolyte systems, EC/PC/2MeTHF (15:45:40 in volume) ternay mixed system showed the best cell performance.
