| 抄録(和) | 近年、CuInSe_2太陽電池における高効率の要因としてNaの効果が指摘されている。しかしながら、この効果の詳細は未だに明らかになっていない。本研究では、CuInSe_2におけるアルカリ金属の効果を調べることを目的とし、CuInSe_2化合物にアルカリ金属を添加したターゲットを用いた高周波スパッタ法により薄膜を作製し、その結晶性、光学性への影響を評価した。また、薄膜作製時の基板温度依存性より、薄膜の成長過程について検討を行った。 |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, in chalcopyrite CuInSe_2 thin film solar cells, the effect of sodium atoms has been pointed out as one of the positive effect to achieve high efficiency. However, the detailed mechanism of this effect has not been clear yet. In this study, we have prepared thin films by rf sputtering from CuInSe_2 target mixed with alkali metals, and the structural and optical properties were investigated, in order to clarify the influence of alkali metal on the growth properties of CuInSe_2 thin films. From the dependence of film properties on the substrate temperature, the growth model has been discussed. |
