Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The process of photo-induced discharge in the layered organic photoreceptor was numerically analyzed.Reasonable results of photo- induced discharge curves (PIDCs) were obtained for the dependence of the light intensity, the exposure time, the electric field and the temperature. For a.layered organic photoreceptor on the AI substrate, the electric field dopendence of quantum efficiency and both the electric field and the temperature dependence of drift mobility were measured.By using measured results, the calculated PIDC was as a whole in good agreement with the experimental one for the light intensity,1μW, cm^2,and the wavelength,650nm,though the calculated value of haif decay exposure E1/2 was about 20 percent smaller than the experimental one.
