Abstract(in English) | In order to improve the efficiency of a solar cell,we have fabricated the cen structure consisting of a transparent conductive oxide sputtered thin film of ZnO or In_2O_3,chemical bath deposited CdS buffer layer,and p type InP single crystal substrate.It has been revealed that the buffer layer plays an important role to eliminate a sputter damage of the InP substrate. |
