Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Langmuir-Blodgett films were fabricated from the mixture of N- docosylpyridinium(C_22>Py)and C_15>TCNQ molecules and C_15>TCNQ molecules adsorbing cyanine dyes,to obtain a high conductivity in organic thin films caused by forming charge transfer complex.Their optical and electrical properties were investigated.High conductivities were not observed in the LB films, and the conductivities in the film plane and perpendicular to the plane were about 10^-9> S, cm and about 10^14>S/cm,respectively.But the absorption spectra of the LB films showed the new peaks that were thought to be due to forming the charge transfer complex.
