Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The electrical and opitical properties have been studied for polypyrrole films polymerized under various current densities of the polymerization at temperature of 21 ℃ or 2 ℃.The conductivity of polypyrrole films changed more than one order in the magnitude caused by the polymerizing current densities. The higher conductivities observed for the polymerized films at 2 ℃ than thos e at 21 ℃.The conducitivities depended on the amount of the dopant s contained in the polypyrrole films.
