Abstract(in English) | CuInSe_2 thin films have been prepared on the glass substrate by selenization of the sputtered precursors.The X-ray diffraction pattern of these films shows that these films have a chalcopyrite structure. The optical band-gap energy is estimated to be 1.0£eV!from trans mission and reflection spectra. Preliminary solar cells with sputtered CdS:In film(1μm thick), s puttered CdS film(0.5μm thick)/ selenized CuInSe_2 film(2μm thick )structure were fabricated. |
