Preparation of CuInS_2 thin films by spray pyrolysis(I)

Abstract(in English) CuInS_2 thin films have been synthesized on the glass substrate heated at 300℃ by spraying the solution containing Cu(CH_3COO)_2,I nCl_3 and(NH_2)_2CS with various molar ratio.It is shown that the orientation,crystallinity and composition are improved by adjusting the molar ratio of Cu,In and S in the solution.All films show the p-type conduction and the resistivity varies from 1 to 10^ 4Ωcm.The films with less S deficiency tend to have high resistivit y.
