Abstract(in English) We investigated the structure and lattice deformation of CeY_2Fe_ 5-b>O_12-z>(Ce_1-YIG)film prepared by RF sputtering.We found that the lattice constant parallel to the film plane a||is equal to the lattice constant of the substrate a_s.Some Ce_1・YIG films become a double-layer structure as the lattice constant mismatch a ery different from that of LPE film.In a Faraday rotation θ_F spec trum of single-layer films deposited on(GdCa)_3(GaMgZr)_5O_12> (GCGMZG)and Gd_3Ga_5O_12>(GGG)substrates,the θ_F dispersion aroun d 800nm is shifted to the longer wavelength side.We consider this θ _F shift around 800nm to be induced by the difference in the film deformation.
