| 抄録(和) | シリコンのウェハ同士を接着剤などを使用せずに、貼り合わせ接合する実験を試みた。表面の洗浄方法、親水性処理、熱処理等の条件を変え、最適接着条件を求めるとともに接合機構の解明を、界面状態の観察を赤外線散乱トモグラフィーと走査型電子顕微鏡にて行なうことにより、また貼り合わせウェハの界面の結合状態を赤外吸収スペクトルの分析により行い、さらにp型とn型のウェハを接着することでダイオードを作製しその電気的特性を調べることにより行った。 |
| 抄録(英) | Direct bonding of Silicon wafers has been done under the several conditions of surface creaning treatments, hydrophilic or hydrohobic treatments and annealing temperatures. Optimum conditions for the best bonding are investigated. The mechanism of bonding is analyzed by the infrared scattering tomoggraphy, scanning electron microscope and infrared absorption spectroscopy. P-type wafer and n-type wafer are bonded to make p-n junctions and I-V characteristics are measured. |
