| 抄録(和) | 本研究では、高分子電解質であるPAH(Polyallylamine)とPSS(Polystyrenesulfonate)を用いて、最近注目されているSelf-assembly法による超薄膜の作製を行った。その結果、光吸収スペクトル特性より、膜が良好に累積されていることが観察され、濃度、及び引き上げ速度依存性から、より良い膜を作製する条件がわかった。また電気特性において、伝導機構はイオン伝導が、分極現象はイオン空間電荷分極が考えられる。 |
| 抄録(英) | Ultrathin films were formed from the polyelectrolytes of PAH(polyallylamine) and PSS(polystyrenesulfonate) using a self-assembly process. It was found that the structure of the multilayer films was excellent from their optical absorption. Spectrum. The capacitances were measured for the films deposited at various solution concentrations and at various dipping speeds of substrates, and the best conditions of the deposition were obtained. The electrical properties showed the hopping conduction of ions due to Poole effect, and the TSCs were caused by the ionic space charge polarization. |
