Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) River water analysis is one of the most important in environmental monitoring. Determination of phosphate concentration in river water is very important for estimating pollution of river water. In addition, cyanide, which is very toxic compound sometimes contaminate into river water. The sensor systems are required for a rapid and simple determination of phosphate and cyanide concentration in river water. In this study we have developed several sensor systems for the phosphate and cyanide detection. For a phosphate detection, the flow injection analysis system based on an enzymic reaction and a subsequent luminol chemiluminescence reaction has been developed. For cyanide detection, microbial sensor and flow injection analysis sensor have been developed.
