Abstract(in English) Dependences of interface wall energy σ_w on temperature were simulated and experimented in the Tb-Fe/M/Dy-Fe-Co(M=intermediate layer) triple layered films. For the Gd-Fe intermediate layer, it was found that temperature coefficient of σ_w for the RE-rich layer is smaller than that for the TM-rich layer due to the large temperature dependence of the magnetization. To obtain the larger temperature dependence of the magnetization, we simulated using the Gd-Fe-Bi or the Gd-Co intermediate layer which has smaller exchange energy between RE and TM. Both cases are expected to have better properties than that of the RE-rich Gd-Fe layer in practical use. Though the Lu atom is non-magnetic, the Lu-Fe films showed particular magnetization variation against temperature, as unusually seen in for ferromagnetic.
