Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | One step electrodeposition of CuInSe_2 and CuIn (Se, S)_2 films, which are the group of most promising light absorbing materials for highly efficient thin film solar cells, have been investigated. Near stoichiometric films of CuInSe_2 were obtained by controlling the deposition parameters such as deposition potential and pH value of the source solution. The grain size of the deposited film was enhanced after annealing in vacuum. The sulfur contents in the electro-deposited quarternary films of CuIn (Se, S)_2, which may have the suitable bandgap for the absorption material, was able to control by means of filtering the precipitation in the source solution. |
