Abstract(in English) We had proposed a novel CDMA based interface which features multibit simultaneous data transmission as a short range bus interface. This paper describes the limitation of CDMA bus interface, in term of its physical effects of circuit implementation such as process variation and clock skews have been considered. The above result, obtained under 3% time constant and 30% skew reveals bit rate below 10^<-16>.
