Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper treats instability of dc operating points in transistor circuits. The stability of dc operating points is defined after the fashion of Green-Willson's one. We give an assumption about parasitic reactances added in a dc circuit linearized around a given operating point. Based on this assumption, a sufficient condition for unstable operating points is derived. We also consider a topological interpretation of the derived sufficient condition.
