| Abstract(in English) | This report describes the improvement of ASSIST (Assistant system for Simulation Study) which has been developed for the estimation of a variety of simulation algorithms. ASSIST supplies the common subsystems used in the circuit simulators as the C language libraries. In this research, we try to implement the MOSFET models used in HSPICE to ASSIST. Finally, some example circuits are simulated by ASSIST and the accuracy of simulation results is estimated. The new model function has been applied to example MOS circuits, and we have obtained successful operation and high accuracy. |
