| 抄録(和) | ヒトの循環器系を構成している心臓血管系を等価的電気回路で表現する工学的解析方法を紹介した。心臓の収縮機能は菅(1972.1978)によって提唱された時変型弾性(キャパシタンス)で表現した。これは瞬時心室圧力-容積関係が動脈の負荷条件、静脈還流量に依存しないことにもとずく。動脈系は血流粘性抵抗、動脈壁弾性をそれぞれ電気的抵抗、キャパシタンスで表現し、近位大動脈、遠位末梢血管の2つの区間に分離し、動脈の特性をより高精度に記述した。生理的実験結果から得られた動脈抵抗などの計測結果をモデルに代入して数値計算すると生理学的動脈血流波形が再現できた。本方法は電気回路をもちいてヒトの循環動態を再現、予測するうえで有益である。 |
| 抄録(英) | We introduced an engineering method to express cardiovascular system composing the human circulatory system by an equivalent electrical circuit model. The ventricular contractility was expressed by the time varying capacitance (Suga1972.1978). This assumption is certified by the experimental results that the instantaneous pressure volume relations are insensitive to changes in loading conditions including arterial side and venous side. The arterial system was expressed by the electrical resistance and capacitance that corresponded to the viscous fluid resistance and wall elastance. The R and C were set in parallel for proximal and distal arterial segments. The computed arterial blood flow curves were similar to those recorded under the physiological condition. The present modeling is available for reconstructing and prediction of circulatory state. |
