Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We introduced an engineering method to express cardiovascular system composing the human circulatory system by an equivalent electrical circuit model. The ventricular contractility was expressed by the time varying capacitance (Suga1972.1978). This assumption is certified by the experimental results that the instantaneous pressure volume relations are insensitive to changes in loading conditions including arterial side and venous side. The arterial system was expressed by the electrical resistance and capacitance that corresponded to the viscous fluid resistance and wall elastance. The R and C were set in parallel for proximal and distal arterial segments. The computed arterial blood flow curves were similar to those recorded under the physiological condition. The present modeling is available for reconstructing and prediction of circulatory state.
