Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, analog electronic circuits have been attracting much interest of many researchers. This is resulted from the demands for high speed signal processing that exceeds the ability of digital circuits. Analog/digital mixed signal processing circuits are also attractive. In the mixed signal circuits, the analog part must have the same power supply voltage with the digital one which has been decreasing. In this invited talk, current mode analog circuits, which are suitable for low power supply voltage and high frequency applications, are given. As an example, active filters that have the cut-off frequency of 100MHz to 1GHz and their SPICE simulation are shown.
