Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the field of communication systems, pseudo-random numbers play an important role. Recently, there are several attempts applying chaotic binary sequences to pseudo-random sequences. It is easy to guarantee exact reproducibility of chaotic orbits generated by digital circuits. However, such quasi-chaotic orbits include round-off errors and they are eventually periodic. In this paper, we discuss properties of quasi-chaotic sequences generated by finite-bit operations.
