Synthesis of Nth Order Current-mode Active Filter

Abstract(in English) A fundamental circuit of Nth order current-mode active filter consisting of N′ nullator-norator pairs and 2N grounded admittance s is proposed.By replacing nullator-norator pairs with current conveyors,the Nth order current-mode active filter is realized. Since all the admittances consisting of C and, or R are grounded, the circuit is stable over the wide frequency range.For the case of N=2,biquadratic transfer functions of lowpass,highpass and bandpass filter are realized simultaneously without changing the circuit topology and elements.The output current is fed from the attached output circuit to avoid loading effect.The computer simulation results will show that the circuit works successfully.
