Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In general,it is very difficult to synthesize a mutually coupled neural network which has only a desired set of equilibrium points. This paper studies on the synthesis of a set of equilibrium points of a mutually coupled neural network of which the neurons are arranged on a ring and have their connections with k(【less tha n or equal】4)forward neurons only.We first investigate the charact eristics of a set of equilibrium points of this network, especially the number of equilibrium points.Next we give the necessary and sufficient condition for a set of vectors to be an exact set of equilibrium points.
