Abstract(in English) | In high frequency applications of an active RC filter,it is necessary to compensate the effects of op amp′s GB products.This p aper proposes a compensation technique of those used in GIC.First, a principle of this compensation technique is described.Then,we investigate the influence of the imperfection of the compensation on the characteristics of GIC.Finally,to demonstrate the compensation effect,a 3rd-order lowpass filter is constructed,in which the experimental results show a good agreement with the theory. |
