Abstract(in English) It is usually difficult to approximate by the analytical method, the zero characteristics of IIR digital filter stopband using a function having finite number of zero.This is one of the restriction for the application of the method.This paper provides a new design method for approximating such stopband characteristics by a function having zeros and discusses some problems for its applications.
