Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have reported the essential distortion factors for PQSmotion(Picture Quality Scale motion) in CS95-147,IE95-99. PQSmotion is defined by a linear combination of the essential distortion factors by the princial compornent analysis method and the multiple regression analysis method. We have made experiment with ITU moving test image. The defined PQSmotion approximate well the MOS(Mean Opinion Score).
