Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The OTA-C filter circuit structure is suitable to be implemented on the monolithic IC form, and has a potential in the high frequency operation. Using the differential pair as the OTA circuit, it is possible to realize the multiple input OTA on the monolithic IC. In this paper, we describe a novel circuit structure of the OTA-C filter with multiple input OTAs that is derived from the transfer function directly. The features of the proposed OTA-C filter circuit are that the number of the required capacitor element is the same as the order of the transfer function, and all of the capacitor element is grounded and have the same capacitance. We give an design example of the 3-rd order elliptic lowpass filter, and confirm the proposed design procedure through the computer simulation.
