Realization of Biquadratic Transfer Function Using CFAs

Abstract(in English) A method for realizing voltage-mode biquadratic transfer functions using current-feedback amplifiers (CFAs) is presented, and novel circuits which realizes the generalized second-order transfer function are given. Since CFA have both a low output impedance (W-terminal) and a high output impedance (Z-terminal), it is suitable for both voltage output and current output. The derived circuits are composed of CFAs with grounded capacitors, and offer low output impedances which is suitable for voltage output.
