Abstract(in English) | As an example application for the second-generation current conveyor filters, this paper describes a method of configuring an SC (switched-capacitor) type biquad filter based on a bilinear transformation. Each type of filter -LPF, HPF, and BPF- has already been successfully implemented. The basic circuit configuration comprises two MOS CCIIs (current conveyors), with a circuit employed when necessary to correct the voltage/current error of the current conveyors. The filter circuits were actually fabricated, using and electrode frequency of approximately 10kHz, Q was set to values of 0.7, 1.0, 5.0, and 10.0, with clock frequency settings of 125kHz, 250kHz, 500kHz, and 1MHz, respectively. Experimental results were obtained for each type of filter (LPF, HPF, and BPF) used half rate (i.e. double the normal clock frequency). |
