Abstract(in English) | This article proposes a hysteresis quantizer by using hysteresis neural networks. This hysteresis quantizer can output a suitable quantization level for any input signal. The circuit implementation of this system can be realized easily. Changing its weight, this system can quantize various levels. Also, we propose its application for image processing which can be intensity conversion. We show that an area intensity method can get high quality output images. |
