Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It has been reported that a saddle node bifurcation or a blue sky bifurcation causes voltage collapse in electric power system. In these references, terminal voltage of a generator is constant. The generator model described by differential equations of its internal flux linkages allows its terminal voltage to change. In this paper, we carry out a numerical experiment with this model. As we make the load heavy for our system, a limit cycle arises, it changes to a chaotic attractor by repeating period doubling, and voltage collapse occurs. Although the mechanism of voltage collapse in our system is different from that of the references, it has not been clarified.
