Analysis on Consumers Attitudes for the Collision Avoidance System at Small Junctions

Abstract(in English) This paper aims to get basic information on the market of the ITS device for traffic safety, collision avoidance system for small junctions. Questionary surveys were carried out in Kakogawa city, which presents the concept and characteristics of collision avoidance systems using vehicle-roadside communication, vehicle-roadside-vehicle communication and inter-wehicle communication method, and investigate the attitudes to pay for the collision avoidance services. The author proposed a scenario analysis on the diffusion of the system.
