Abstract(in English) In recent years, inter-vehicle communication for intelligent transport systems (ITS) have been intensicely investigated for safty driving. In inter-vehicle communications, autonomous decentralized control may be required because of constant change of vehicle position. When employing time division access scheme for inter- vehicle communications, the selection of carrier frequencies and time slots is one of the most important issues. One possible frequency and slot selection algorithm is to give the same carrier frequency to a group of neighboring vehicles and a unique time slot to each vehicle in the group. The neighboring groups use other frequencies to avoid the link outage by interference. For this purpose, a new autonomous decentralized carrier frequency and time slot selection algorithm is proposed. In this paper, the performance of this protocol is evaluated in the junction model and the opposite lane model.
